So, is the sharpie drying on the shell? I hope this is just the first picture and that we get to see this baby thru to race time if not beyond.
Il be curious to see how it does with that much weight focused behind the rear axle

Nice... looking good... Thinking back on my childhood I remember hearing the 68 Corvette is the more popular year... but I never really paid too much attention. Best of luck in the race. I am quite busy at the moment lobbying for a new race name... and I might be gaining some traction!

The new BASX car. Feel like I did pretty well, now I get to see if it’s fast or not.

I added some air shields to the Mandalorian and converted it from a graphite to oil lube. I ended up removing the air shield on the DFW because of fender clearance issues. Can’t wait to see how they all run.

Still trying to get theses done for this weekends race, hopefully they will be in the mail tomorrow morning. Lord willing USAF-1 will be running in the CVS race on Saturday. Mobil-1 will be for the truck spec race on Friday.

Nice looking cars Ember! How did you seal off the weight pocket on the fender car?

Thanks man...... The rear slab weight is offset and glued in. The weight pocket in front of the axle is just covered with tape. The weight pocket on the truck is at the top under the bed cover. Attachments:
