Here is the first one I started with the 3 axis CNC... The car came out ok so far but was a ton of work... but it was good to go that route first. The wheels needed another go around though. The four axis was quite satisfying. Very smooth finish.

Dunno how much patience I will have in buffing these out completely...
Considering perhaps trying the vibratory vat from HF...
I have tried the walnut shell media and it was pretty fine. I also have the green clay pyramids but they seem too big to get into some areas.
Considering trying vapor polishing with Dichlo. In a well ventilated area.

Ok... Micro, Sounds good. I will send you a couple of Ghost cars. Maybe a set of wheels too, the spokes will probably get etched with the laser for better detail. .
