Here is the first one I started with the 3 axis CNC... The car came out ok so far but was a ton of work... but it was good to go that route first. The wheels needed another go around though.  The four axis was quite satisfying. Very smooth finish.   |

Dunno how much patience I will have in buffing these out completely...
Considering perhaps trying the vibratory vat from HF...
I have tried the walnut shell media and it was pretty fine. I also have the green clay pyramids but they seem too big to get into some areas.
Considering trying vapor polishing with Dichlo. In a well ventilated area.

Ok... Micro, Sounds good. I will send you a couple of Ghost cars. Maybe a set of wheels too, the spokes will probably get etched with the laser for better detail. .  |
