Here’s my friendly call out.
Since there is so much question over you building and tuning your own cars.
I propose a one week build off box stock style
No purchased vendor precut and drilled bodies. You have to build and drill your own.
Car must remain in racers custody for the duration of the build. And daily photos must be posted through shipping day of you with the car and a verified date.
No vendor wheels.
USA BSA wheels post 2009
Wheels can not be lathed
No hub reduction
Flashing can be removed
Tread can be polished
Tread area can not be h or v cut
No other mods allowed
No weight reduction
All markings must be present
Stock BSA axles only.
No vendor BSA axles allowed. You have to work them yourself.
Car spec will be BASX, No aero. Weight 143 grams.
Lube will be graphite only, no oil.
Timeline.
You have one week to build the best car you can. We can send them to one of the people here who has a track for the race.
Build must be documented here on this forum which shows you building and drilling your own car.
Winner takes the car and $20 bucks. The week starts from when you accept the challenge.

Oh forgot to mention, We will have an independent 3rd party send out signed wood blocks to each of us so that we can verify that the correct block was used and no predrilled precut bodies were substituted.
The build process would begin once we both have the blocks delivered.
