Great attention to detail. Another Work of Art! I know now you have some cool tools, but I still must learn how you get a hand paint job so shinny and smooth. I cannot wait to see this car in person at www.TheWestCoastGrandPrix.comEagle, the green paint i got at Sherman Williams in the duration home paint line matte finish. I used a flat #8 acrylic paint bush to give the car 2 coats of organic green paint. The Vanilla white, black and brown paints .. i used apple barrel crafts paints and a #4 flat acrylic brush.. 2 coats for the Vanilla, black and brown 1 coat. Testers model paints were used for the Silver and yellow paints .. I used a #2 (2/32") round brush. For the silver seen on the wheels rims .. i used a silver sharpie pen Okay how i got it so shinny and smooth! Coffin Nail Racing .. G Weber style! with Rust Oleum 2x crystal clear spray paint .. 3 very light coats.. waiting 15 to 20 minutes in tell it was tacky in between the coats. With an early version of the Derby Guy's paint handle and stand. Guy's thank you all for your complements on the vintage car build.

I don't know what happened to George. Haven't seen or heard from him in awhile. I hope all is well. It would be really cool if he would join in and either proxy or come to TheWestCoastGrandPrix.com Can you imagine what he might come up with?
