Definitely one of my favorites. In case someone doesn't know, World Record was done by Greg Dawes and the Mid America Council, Nebraska. 1819 feet plus. Winning car time 1 min 16.7 sec.

Just to clarify the time recorded was the first car to complete the track. There was a “grudge race” where some of the pro racers had faster times.
